I chased the bus, forced it to stop, and rushed inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At the back, she was crying\u2014her wrists bound with a zip tie. She whispered that older kids had tied her up and threatened her brother while one filmed it as a prank.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I called 911.
